The Olympics is an event hosted in different parts of the world where athletes from different countries compete in sports competitions. The Olympics are seen as a symbol of human achievement and celebration of humanity from around the world. Some people may not know this includes people with disabilities. The Summer Paralympic Games or the Games of the Paralympiad is a multiple sport event like the regular Olympics that includes athletes who have disabilities, This event is held every four years after the regular-abled Olympic games are finished.

Many athletes come from all over the world with many different disabilities. The Paralympics have all kinds of sports you can see like Basketball, Cycling, Archery, Judo, Swimming, Fencing and much more. Tokyo's 2020 Summer Paralympics is from August 24-September 5, 2021 and can be seen on television like NBC or Peacock. I hope to encourage people to watch these athletes that you may have never noticed before and give more recognition to the Paralympic Games. Let's support these amazing athletes of the world, and watch how they never let their disability or any limits define them.
