Working out is tough. Finding time and staying motivated. It can be tough for individuals on the spectrum as well. Engaging in a physical workout may seem too overwhelming, but today's free autism resource has a great place to start!

Laminate these pages and you will have the start to an awesome book to lead your student through a series of stretches. Use a ring binder clip to attach the number of pages you want your student to do. Then, using a dry erase marker, write in how long they should hold each stretch in the box at the bottom of each page. Some stretches are done one on each side (they have two silhouettes and a dotted line dividing the box), so write the number in twice. Start with a few stretches (1-2) with low times (5-10 seconds) to get started, and build your way up!
